Regional efficiency refers to the ratio of effective total output and input regional factor resources under certain production technology conditions. At present, China’s traditional economic growth mode is based on sacrificing environment for growth. same time, influence restriction natural human social development are more obvious than ever before. The contradiction between development, resources, environmental preservation has become increasingly prominent. Problems such as resource shortage, pollution, ecological imbalance have exposed disadvantages model, so beings begun seek new high-quality models. Therefore, research in this paper idea coordinated economy, multi-objective optimization algorithm, which constructs evaluation index system efficiency, comprehensively measures inspects status. Evaluating conducive analyzing problems existing saving promoting sustainable region.
